Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a Communications Trainee to support the Communication & Brand department in implementing internal and external communication strategies across all countries where we operate. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and design skills, high proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with expansive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Communication: Create content for internal channels (newsletters, flash info, internal social network). Support organization of internal events and campaigns to promote employee engagement. Assist in writing, correcting, and revising texts. Produce and edit internal communication videos. Create content for tech devices (TV screens, computers, tablets, smartphones). Support PowerPoint presentation design.
• Digital Communication: Support design and business communications. Assist in digital communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communications, or Journalism (Master's preferred).
• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is recommended for the Madrid office.
• Experience: Previous experience in a Communications department or consultancy.
• Skills: Organized, meticulous, proficient with graphic design tools, able to manage multiple priorities, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Social media management experience and interest in renewable energy are desirable.
