Job summary

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a data-driven YouTube Strategist to lead and scale our channel presence. You will own the end-to-end content strategy, from concepting hooks, titles and thumbnails to briefing the creative team and analyzing post-publish metrics for growth.

You will dive into audience insights, competitor analysis, and YouTube SEO to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results such as lead generation or direct revenue, while optimizing monetization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience growing YouTube channels with strong portfolio/case studies.
• Deep understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO best practices, and community guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term content strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing for YouTube search and suggested video algorithms.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analyses to spot trending topics and opportunities.
• Guide the creative team to ensure videos serve strategic purposes; optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for CTR.
• Monitor and analyze metrics (audience retention, CTR, watch time, subscribers) and translate insights into improvements.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and optimize production workflows for high-quality content delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing units to integrate YouTube videos across campaigns.
• Explore monetization opportunities, brand sponsorships, and merchandise integrations if applicable.
