Red Points is seeking an Account Management Intern to join the Social Video Growth Team for a 6-month internship with real responsibilities. You will manage a portfolio of small accounts, be their main contact, and ensure maximum platform value through proactive communication and SEO-focused YouTube support.

You'll help the senior team, coordinate monthly tasks with Operations, and strengthen CRM data in Salesforce. This paid, on-site role emphasizes sports content and LATAM market awareness.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Available for a 6-month full-time (or part-time) internship.
• Strong interest in the SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop).
• Familiarity with YouTube as a platform; any previous academic or personal experience managing a channel is a big plus.
• Comfortable using video‑conference tools and eager to learn how to interact with B2B clients.
• Passion for Sports and a strong interest in the LATAM landscape and TV rights.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of small accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct active communication with your clients via email and video calls to present results, propose strategies, and resolve doubts.
• Assist in finding and claiming content on the platform for larger enterprise accounts.
• Support the optimization of YouTube videos (SEO, tags, keywords, end cards, etc.).
• Help coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar with the Operations Manager.
• Keep the CRM updated and ensure data hygiene and tracking of your portfolio's progress (Salesforce).
• Research YouTube ecosystem to catch potential clients and trends in the Sports Network.
