Red Points in Barcelona is seeking an Account Management Intern to join the Social Video Growth Team for a 6-month, hands-on internship. You will own a portfolio of small accounts, act as their main contact, and help maximize platform value.

You’ll support senior colleagues by optimizing YouTube content, coordinating monthly tasks with the Operations Manager, and keeping Salesforce CRM data clean while scouting new LATAM opportunities.

Formación

• Fluent/Native English level (Mandatory).
• Full-time (or part-time) internship for 6 months.
• Degree in a related field required.
• Familiarity with YouTube and CRM.
• Interest in LATAM landscape and sports rights.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of small accounts; be the main contact.
• Lead client communication via email and video calls.
• Assist senior AMs to optimize YouTube videos.
• Help identify and claim content for larger enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate monthly recurrent executions with Operations Manager.
• Keep Salesforce CRM data clean and up to date.
• Research YouTube ecosystem for potential clients and trends.

• As an Account Management Intern, you will join our Social Video Growth Team for a 6-month internship with real, hands‑on responsibility
• You will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of small accounts, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they get the most out of our platform
• In addition to managing your own clients, you will assist the senior account management team in optimizing YouTube videos, improving their presence on the platform, and detecting videos on YouTube, especially soccer-related content
• Manage your own portfolio: Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of small accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
• Lead client communication: Conduct active communication with your clients via email and video calls to present results, propose strategies, and resolve doubts
• Assist in finding and claiming content on the platform for larger enterprise accounts
• Support the optimization of YouTube videos (learning about channel structure, SEO, tags, keywords, end cards, etc.)
• Help coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar alongside the Operations Manager
• Keep the CRM updated: Ensure data hygiene and accurate tracking of your portfolio’s progress within our CRM (Salesforce)
• Research YouTube´s ecosystem to catch potential clients and trends in the Sports Network
