We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join a fast-growing SaaS company. Our client’s software plays a key role in enabling organisations to support and champion the health of their employees, and they are looking for a Technical Lead to enhance their engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support a multidisciplinary engineering team, nurturing a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and ongoing growth.

• Shape the technical vision and make strategic architectural choices to deliver scalable,



reliable, and maintainable software solutions.

• Partner with Product stakeholders to ensure technical execution aligns with user needs and business goals.

• Address and resolve complex technical challenges, maintaining high system performance and stability.

• Promote a culture of learning by encouraging knowledge exchange and upskilling within the team.

• Coordinate with fellow technical leaders to ensure alignment and coherence across engineering squads.

Required Skills:
