thyssenkrupp nucera sucht eine Fachkraft für Materialmanagement am Standort Barcelona. Sie übernehmen die End-to-End-Verantwortung für Empfang, Lagerung, Verfolgung, Ausgabe und Rückgabe von Materialien im Yard und arbeiten eng mit Beschaffung, Logistik sowie Bauabteilungen zusammen.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit, die Auditierung von Beständen sowie die Umsetzung von HSE- und Qualitätsstandards.

Formación

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Ingenieurwesen oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Materialmanagement, Lagerbetrieb, Logistik oder Bauprojekten.
• Erfahrung mit großen Materialmengen in industriellen/ EPC-Umgebungen.
• Gute Kenntnisse von Lagerverwaltung, Inventarsteuerung und Materialnachverfolgung.
• Erfahrung mit ERP- und Materialmanagementsystemen.
• Gute Kenntnisse von InSite LMS für Materialverfolgung, Bestandskontrolle, Lagerverwaltung und Reporting.
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten.
• Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmern und interdisziplinären Projektteams.
• Hohe Sicherheit in Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Fähigkeiten.
• Wirtschaftsenglisch fließend (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Übernahme der End-to-End-Materialverwaltung im Werksgelände inklusive Prüfung, Lagerung, Nachverfolgung, Ausgabe und Rückgabe.
• Koordination und Überwachung von Lager- und Lagerbetriebsabläufen mit externen Auftragnehmern und Stakeholders.
• Sicherstellung, dass eingehende Materialien geprüft, dokumentiert und gemäß Spezifikationen gelagert werden.
• Sicherstellung von Materialverfügbarkeit und Beständen zur termingerechten Fertigung und Bauaktivitäten.
• Bedienung und Wartung von Materialmanagementsystemen mit Transparenz und Reporting.
• Überwachung des Materialflusses und frühzeitige Erkennung von Engpässen oder Risiken.
• Enge Abstimmung mit Beschaffung, Logistik und Bauabteilungen.
• Durchführung von Inventur- und Materialaudits zur Datenintegrität.
• Sicherstellung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards.
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte und Bereitstellung von materialbezogenen Insights für Management.

Descripción del empleo

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of end-to-end material management within the yard, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, preservation, tracking, issuance, and return of materials
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse and storage operations in collaboration with external contractors and project stakeholders
• Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, documented, and stored in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements
• Manage material availability and inventory levels to support fabrication and construction activities on schedule
• Operate and maintain material management systems, ensuring transparency, traceability, and accurate reporting
• Monitor material flow across the yard and identify supply bottlenecks, shortages, or risks at an early stage
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Construction teams to ensure timely material readiness
• Lead inventory checks and material audits to maintain data accuracy and accountability
• Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all material handling activities
• Prepare regular status reports and provide material-related insights to project and yard management

Profil

• Degree, technical qualification, or comparable education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in material management, warehouse operations, logistics, or construction projects
• Proven experience managing large volumes of project materials in industrial, EPC, energy, or infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and material traceability processes
• Experience working with ERP and material management systems
• Proficiency in InSite LMS for material tracking, inventory control, warehouse management, and reporting is required
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams
• High awareness of health, safety, and quality requirements within industrial project environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluent English skills (minimum CEFR C1)
