thyssenkrupp nucera is seeking a Yard Material Manager in Vila-seca (ES) to own end-to-end material management for yard operations. You will supervise warehouse activities, ensure material receipt and storage, and maintain accurate inventory to support fabrication and construction schedules.

The role requires 5+ years in material management within industrial or EPC contexts, strong ERP and InSite LMS skills, and exceptional coordination with procurement and construction teams.

Formación

• Degree or comparable education in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in material management, warehouse operations, logistics, or construction projects.
• Experience handling large volumes of project materials in industrial/EPC environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and material traceability processes.
• Experience with ERP and material management systems.
• Proficiency in InSite LMS for material tracking, inventory control, warehouse management, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• High awareness of health, safety, and quality requirements in industrial environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with fluent English (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of end-to-end material management within the yard, ensuring receipt, storage, preservation, tracking, issuance, and return of materials.
• Coordinate and supervise warehouse and storage operations with external contractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure all incoming materials are inspected, documented, and stored per specifications.
• Manage material availability and inventory levels to support fabrication and construction on schedule.
• Operate and maintain material management systems with transparency and reporting.
• Monitor material flow across the yard and identify bottlenecks, shortages, or risks early.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Construction teams to ensure readiness.
• Lead inventory checks and material audits to maintain data accuracy.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across material handling.
• Prepare status reports and provide material insights to management.
