Your Tasks

• Lead Technological Advancements: Drive Nordex wind turbine generator technology and associated systems with your profound technical expertise and people management skills.
• Project Leadership: Manage diverse and interdisciplinary project teams, providing strong technical guidance and fostering collaboration.
• Engineering Excellence: Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations on key technical aspects.
• Innovate: Initiate and drive innovation with a focus on cutting‑edge technology.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor for product strategy, development, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Effective Communication: Professionally document and communicate with all company functions, from the shop floor to the board level.

Your Profile

• Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
• Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology.
• Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
• Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
• Proactive and Decisive: Hands‑on mentality with a strong decision‑making personality.
• Tech‑Savvy: Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.
