Job summary

McMaster Yachts Ltd. seeks an Engineer for a 30m sailing yacht (SY). Immediate start for winter warranty work in Spain. Must hold AEC 1 & 2, with offshore Yacht Master preferred. The role involves modern systems, 2x Yanmar engines and Fischer Panda generators, and strong team-ethic with solo watch duties.

The position is onboard a charter/private vessel with 4 crew, requiring flexibility and teamwork across rotating watches in Palma.

Qualifications

• AEC 1 & 2 are mandatory.
• Yacht Master offshore or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with modern yacht systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and warranty work on the 30m SY in Spain.
• Carry out routine engine and generator servicing on Yanmar engines and Fischer Panda generators.
• Work as a cohesive part of a 4-crew team and maintain solo watches.
