Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos europeos y redacción de propuestas.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar la Oficina de Proyectos Internacionales de la Escuela de Cambio Social.
  • Desarrollar, redactar y enviar propuestas de proyectos alineadas con las convocatorias de la UE.

BACKGROUND

The Social Change School, active since 1997, is the world’s leading international institution in the field of international development, humanitarian aid and third sector management. The School’s mission is to train professionals and managers for social change, international development, humanitarian aid, worldwide, with a specific focus on Africa.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are looking for a European Project Manager experienced in European Project Planning to join our team. The resource will be responsible for the International Project Office of Social Change School, identifying partners, funding opportunities, drafting and managing projects funded by the European Union, coordinating activities with the partners involved and ensuring compliance with deadlines and administrative requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the International Project Office of Social Change School
  • Looking for partnership starting from the network of the School, taking care of relations with national and international partners, stakeholders and European institutions
  • Analyze European funding programs and identify funding opportunities for the company
  • Develop, write and submit project proposals in line with the requirements of EU calls.
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and objectives set
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects, preparing reports and documentation for funders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and administrative and financial obligations

PROFILE

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in the management of European projects and in the writing of funding proposals.
  • English C1, Spanish mother tongue or C1, Italian Mother tongue or B2.
  • In-depth knowledge of EU funding programmes (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg, LIFE, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with international partners.
  • Good command of project management and financial monitoring tools.
