Descripción del empleo

Your Role

You will be at the core of our website content strategy — planning, creating, optimizing, and evaluating content that drives both SEO performance and user engagement.

You'll play a key role in measuring and improving website and content performance, using data to make smart, user-focused decisions.

You'll collaborate across departments, manage external partners, and shape how users interact with our tire brands online.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Website Content Strategy & Development
Plan, create, and manage impactful content across all PLT EMEA brand websites in line with brand, product, and seasonal campaigns. Lead editorial planning, including content calendars and coordination with internal stakeholders across markets. Drive content development for product launches, seasonal changes, and educational formats like our Tire Knowledge section. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, accessibility best practices, and corporate messaging.
  2. Content SEO & Search Optimization
Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, topic mapping, and content gap analysis — in alignment with our agency partner. Optimize web content, internal linking, and page structure to improve search visibility and user journeys. Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices (metadata, schema markup, technical on-page hygiene). Monitor SEO performance and search trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Ensure our content is optimized not only for traditional search engines but also for generative AI search experiences (GEO), leveraging structured data, concise summaries, and AI-friendly formats.
  3. Performance Measurement & Optimization
Define and track website and content KPIs across EMEA markets using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Search Console. Continuously analyze site and content performance to drive data-informed decisions for UX and conversion rate improvements. Build and maintain performance dashboards in collaboration with the E-Business team. Evaluate and optimize digital campaigns, providing strategic recommendations based on content and website data.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
Coordinate closely with internal teams (product, UX, e-business, markets) and external partners to ensure efficient execution of content initiatives. Support the rollout and optimization of website modules, acting as the key contact for content-side planning and evaluation. Lead and manage digital content projects such as website relaunches and new content formats, ensuring quality, budget, and timing are met. Contribute to brand storytelling and sponsorship activations with compelling digital content assets (text, visual, multimedia).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content SEO, digital content strategy, or website management.
  • Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console) and web analytics (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Proven experience with established CMS, experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) – including AI-driven search visibility, prompt-optimization strategy, and content designed for AI search engines (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot).
  • Strong project management skills and a structured way of working.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical and performance insights into engaging content.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to work with cross-functional, international teams.
  • Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
