Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The role involves managing complex projects related to the development of drug products, primarily generic pharmaceuticals and APIs. Experience in biotechnology, fermentation, and upstream/downstream processes is preferred.

1. Assist in managing projects related to drug product development and commercialization.
2. Understand and align project needs with strategic guidelines.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, patents, and sales.
4. Evaluate project processes, create schedules, and maintain documentation.
5. Prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
6. Participate in meetings with partners and vendors, ensuring proper communication.
7. Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and delays, developing mitigation plans.
8. Manage project budgets and identify deviations.
9. Establish and maintain project control systems and communication processes.
10. Revise project plans and status reports regularly.

Requirements

• University Degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• +5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Knowledge of biotechnology, drug development, and regulatory requirements.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills; proactive risk management.
