Global Application Security is a critical aspect of digital transformation, requiring experts to ensure the integrity and security of software applications. As an Application Security Engineer with expertise in Static Application Security Testing (SAST), you will play a vital role in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.

The position involves analyzing and validating vulnerabilities detected by Fortify in applications developed in .NET environments. Your primary goal will be to focus on identifying and managing false positives to ensure accurate findings. Additionally, you will prepare and document clear technical reports for developers and management teams.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including development, security, and service managers, is essential to track findings and propose corrective or mitigation actions to address vulnerabilities effectively.

Requirements

• Strong experience in vulnerability management within enterprise environments.
• Solid expertise in using Fortify or similar SAST tools.
• Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation.
• Autonomous, proactive, and great at working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience in the banking sector (nice to have).
• Additional knowledge of offensive and defensive security tools (nice to have).
