A boutique storytelling agency is seeking a client relationship manager to work closely with clients in the classical music industry. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for classical music, strong sales experience, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, collaborating with production teams, and driving revenue growth. This is a freelance hourly position with remote work opportunities, requiring at least 4 overlapping hours with European time zones.

Formación

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish and German appreciated.

You will be working closely with our current and potential clients, helping them start their website projects and ensuring their satisfaction and happiness in our collaboration.

Our agency stands out because we deeply understand what classical music is and the nature of the "cultural product" it offers. Therefore, a deep knowledge of classical music and how the industry works is required for this position.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A deep love, passion, and understanding of classical music, performing arts, or cultural organizations and industry.
  • Solid Account Management or Client Relationship Management experience.
  • A good understanding of how to sell website development services.
  • Background in Sales, Marketing and Communications, Business or Arts Management is preferred.
  • Ability to take prospects from request to signed contract, tracking the process.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar software.
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with high accountability standards.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Responsive under tight timelines, adaptable to change.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Spanish and German is appreciated.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Being the main contact for new leads and clients during early project stages.
  • Collaborating with the Production team to prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Presenting project proposals and closing sales.
  • Growing revenue from new and existing accounts.
  • Ensuring client retention and managing expectations from the start.
  • Supporting growth initiatives with our Business Developer.
  • Developing new connections within the industry.
  • Staying updated with industry news and classical music developments to leverage opportunities.
WORKING WITH MOLINA VISUALS:

Molina Visuals is a boutique storytelling agency creating innovative media to develop strong brands related to classical music. We operate remotely, with team members worldwide, communicating mainly online. We maintain a friendly and constructive atmosphere, producing high-end campaigns for major classical music institutions. This is a freelance, hourly-position with clients mainly in Europe and the US. Your working hours should overlap at least 4 hours daily with European time zones.
