We are seeking detail-oriented and scientifically proficient SDS Authoring Specialists with native-level fluency in Spanish to join our client's global team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, review, and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in

compliance with GHS standards and regional chemical regulations (e.g., USA, EU, China).

Your expertise will support accurate classification of chemical substances and ensure proper hazard communication for diverse markets. A strong understanding of regulatory science, chemistry, and technical writing is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Author and update SDS documents in accordance with global and regional regulations




- Ensure alignment with GHS standards and regulatory requirements across the USA, EU, and China
- Classify chemical substances using formula-based methods and scientific judgment
- Research and apply hazard communication best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of authored documents

Qualifications:

- Native fluency in Spanish
- Proficiency in English (working language for documentation)
- Solid foundational knowledge of SDS documents and authoring processes
- Experience or education in chemistry, toxicology, environmental science, or a related field
- Familiarity with GHS standards and regional regulatory frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
