The TransPerfect TechOps team has been a vital part of the company's success since its formation over 10 years ago, delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues. This includes workflow improvements, core services for the GlobalLink platform, and scalable client interfaces for complex ecosystems.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Implement defined features through code development, including investigating and resolving bugs.
• Develop modular, reusable code components to streamline development and maintenance.
• Utilize front-end frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React to create scalable UI components.
• Optimize code and assets for load times and performance.
• Perform code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and establish standards.
• Manage implementation requirements within an agile framework, ensuring effective communication.
• Provide feedback during all phases of the software lifecycle.
• Take ownership of end-to-end software development processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-4 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Angular, or similar.
• Ability to convert complex designs from Figma into HTML/CSS/JS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Ability to work with complex enterprise software architectures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work model: This position is primarily in-office with a flexible, hybrid approach (3-4 days in the office per week).

We value in-person collaboration for building trust and fostering innovation, with opportunities for travel between our offices in Europe and the US, and regular global team conferences.
