A reputable finance mentorship program is seeking experienced professionals to join as mentors, offering 1-on-1 coaching, cohort guidance, and impactful mentoring. This remote and flexible role allows you to contribute to the career development of students and young professionals while maintaining a low time commitment.

Formación

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar competitive careers.
• Current or former Associates, VPs, Principals, or Engagement Managers.
• Strong communicators with a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career advice.
• Lead small groups through structured prep sessions for recruiting cycles.
• Enhance financial modeling & interview prep standards.

What You’ll Do:

1. 1-on-1 Coaching: Provide personalized mock interviews, resume critiques, and career advice
2. Cohort Guidance (Optional): Lead small groups through structured prep sessions, especially around IB and PE recruiting cycles
3. Contribute to Content (Optional): Help enhance financial modeling & interview prep standards and improve student-facing materials
4. Mentor With Purpose: Share real-world insight and high-quality feedback to help mentees thrive
