The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a solution architect for IT and Multicloud, including 2 years managing large offers and complex multi-technology architecture designs, as well as IT Multicloud services.The role involves:Technical leadership of the solution's architecture, costs, and pricing.Designing the solution in a formal offer document based on client requirements.Leading the presale/bid process for new business opportunities, providing the complete solution and coordinating the team of solution architects throughout the process.Ensuring that the architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, etc.Responsible for high-level design production and supervising low-level design and other technical documents related to the project.Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand how they can deliver workplace solutions benefits to their organizations while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.Evaluating existing workplace strategies and conducting TCO analysis and security considerations as part of a workplace solution adoption framework.Key qualities we seek:Fluency in Spanish and English.Strong communication skills and ability to present solutions to customers.Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile/Scrum services.Experience in implementing methodologies and processes in services.Architecture design for Multicloud solutions and migration from on-premise environments to cloud solutions.Experience in technology consulting projects: infrastructure transformation and evolution, digital transformation.Definition of strategies and roadmaps for Multicloud solutions.Experience in managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers.Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technology solutions effectively across all organizational levels.Skills in designing global Multicloud architectures.We offer:Permanent contract.Meal allowance.Flexible Compensation Plan (medical insurance, day care, transportation, training).Life and accident insurance.Career development in a multinational company.A solid organizational culture.
