Formación

Ryanair Engineering, delivered by SIAM, is one of six facilities in Europe providing Heavy Maintenance services to the Ryanair fleet. Located in Seville, our site conducts extensive base maintenance checks on Ryanair’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft. SIAM SL (Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance) offers an exciting opportunity for both entry-level and experienced professionals to join our dedicated team in our component workshops.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Learning to carry out inspections, repairs, and tests on Boeing 737 series airstairs
  • Assisting with other zones as required
  • Maintaining high standards of work in all tasks
  • Completing the necessary documentation
  • Complying with all company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Adhering to the company’s Health and Safety policy

Requirements

1. Mandatory (candidates not meeting these requirements will not be considered) :

  • Relevant education or previous experience in the aircraft industry or equivalent (accredited)
  • Ability to understand written technical English and basic communication skills in English
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Availability to travel abroad to different Ryanair bases for training and experience
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and IT tools
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of component maintenance experience within a Part 145 organization
  • High level of spoken and written English communication skills
