Formación

  • Fluent in local language and at least B2 level in English.
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repair of medical equipment preferred.

Descripción del empleo

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily workload within the workshop to meet demand plans and customer needs.
  2. Ensure all repairs are evaluated and completed in a timely manner as defined by the Team Lead or Supervisor.
  3. Coordinate with the Customer Services Department to schedule quality checks of all capital equipment.
  4. Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal queries.
  5. Provide reporting and documentation on all workshop activities.
  6. Assist with ERP data entry, quoting, and repair of customer equipment.
  7. Maintain technical competency through regular attendance at relevant courses and professional development.
  8. Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times by the Supplier, its employees, servants, and agents.
  9. Ensure departmental services comply with ISO 9001 standards.
  10. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  11. Provide technical support for internal and external customers.
  12. Maintain spare parts stock efficiently and participate in annual inventories.
  13. Report on repair activities and customer service metrics using appropriate systems.
Education & Training
  • Fluent in the local language and at least B2 level in English.
  • Degree level education is preferable, with experience in one of the following areas:
    • Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
    • Service and maintenance of medical equipment
    • Vocational Training
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repair of medical equipment is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data entry.
  • Valid full driver’s license.
Skills & Attributes
  • Proficient in IT (Microsoft Office Outlook).
  • Quality-conscious, persistent, accurate, polite, positive, and stress-resistant.
