Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Workplace Manager (Operations) in Spain to lead on-site facilities management and ensure service delivery aligns with client contracts, KPIs and EHS standards.

You will manage subcontractors, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with site leads, IT and EHS to deliver consistent, high-quality FM services across the portfolio.

Formación

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in a large organization.
• Experience owning facilities contracts and supplier/contract management.
• Knowledge of quality, environmental and EHS management systems.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent; strong team collaboration.

• Lead on-site operations and drive client KPI delivery.

Whilst supporting and directing the client facing team on site, they will act as a key support to the Workplace Lead.What your day-to-day will look like:Working closely and taking direction from the Workplace Lead take ownership and be responsible for delivering operational facilities related client KPIs as identified in the MSA (Master Service Agreement) and/or any other client agreed initiatives.To assist in the delivery of ‘Leesman’ (customer experience) operational initiatives across the site in close liaison with our service partners.To regularly liaise with occupiers and be the key support for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building.Full compliance to Environmental Health and Safety regulations is continuously achievedServices are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio of sitesEstablish relationships with client Site Leads, Area and Regional FM managers, business partners such as EHS leads, IT to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of IFM servicesSupport the resolution of Soft services FM and Workplace issues at sites under review, escalating when neededManage the performance and outcomes of assigned support staff reporting to the positionDevelop the team’s existing skills and add new competencies to enhance service and drive opportunities for more self-performanceDrive performance as measured by client’s Key Performance IndicatorsManage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectationsEnsure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.Gap Analyses full sites PPM schedule against site assets or existing schedules.Oversight and support for Operations – providing real support to all Soft Services operations managed by JLLDevelop and support a sustainability and sourcing focus, delivering quality, frugal and sustainable solutions for Client.Actively support the EMEA Procurement Lead on Procurement projects, savings paperwork, contract compliance and sustainability initiatives.Compliance with local Health and Safety regulationsAll other tasks/ duties as required.Sound like you?
