Amenitiz is seeking a Workplace IT Intern to join our Workplace team and support the day-to-day management of internal systems, devices, and employee technical needs. You will gain hands-on experience with device setup, SaaS tools, onboarding processes, and internal IT operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You'll help configure devices (Mac laptops, iOS) and manage Google Workspace, Slack, and license inventories while learning how AI and automation can streamline workflows.

Formación

• Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (FP / Ciclo Formativo).
• Basic understanding of computer systems, preferably Mac environments.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Curiosity about AI and automation tools to improve workflows.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the setup and configuration of company devices (Mac laptops, iOS devices, peripherals).
• Help manage applications and device management tools (Kandji) to ensure devices are properly configured and operational.
• Provide day-to-day IT assistance to employees and help resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with WiFi troubleshooting and coordination with external vendors when needed.
• Prepare and configure equipment for new hires and run IT setup sessions during onboarding.
• Support user account setup and access management across tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Help manage software licenses, IT inventory, and device stock.
• Maintain and update internal IT documentation and processes.
