Formación

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services.

• Experience deploying and supporting global projects managing 10000 users.

CANDIDATE :

• REQUIRED TECH BACKGROUND

degree level education in a technology-related field

• 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune products and capabilities including co-management with SCCM
• Experience on working within a global enterprise on deploying and supporting global projects managing 10000 users
• Extensive experience with Windows operating systems Active Directory Microsoft 365 (Exchange SharePoint Teams) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks and managing Microsoft technologies.
• REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS

Agile Methodology : Proficient in working within an agile structure.

• Preferred Tool Proficiency : Experienced with Jira for product management and ServiceNow for ticketing needs and ticket management.
• L3 Ticket Management : Skilled in handling complex support tickets.
• Team-Oriented : Excellent collaborator effective communicator and adept at contributing to team discussions to propose or validate ideas.

What the candidate will do in the product

• Responsibilities

Intune Device Management : Configuration policies scripts and compliance for Windows MAC iOS and Android devices.

• Device Imaging : Manage SCCM Task Sequences Intune Autopilot and manufacturer image management.
• SCCM Management : PE image creation task sequence scripting task sequence variables PXE and SCCM distribution.
• Autopilot : Reseller registration group tags Azure Active Directory group management and Windows deployment.
• Apple Business Manager : Reseller registration role management Apple federation and device revocation.
• Printer Management : Manage Universal Print YSoft Uniflow and cloud printing solutions.

What the candidate will do in the Chapter

• Collaborate as part of a High Performing Agile Team including working with colleagues on our internal process various team roles and helping to define the culture of the team itself
• Engage with external collaborators to share ideas and spur innovation
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines as a Lead to drive awareness & break down communication silos and deliver collaborative solutions.
