Formación

• 5+ years in Digital Workplace technologies with strong Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience in software packaging, deployment, and IT migration projects.

About the Role :

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Consultant / Architect to act as a technical liaison between business users and IT service delivery teams. This role focuses on coordinating digital workplace services, contributing to technical assessments, developing proof-of-concept solutions, and supporting migration to a modern, independent infrastructure.

Duration : 8 months

Digital Workplace Capabilities Include :

• Productivity & Collaboration (Microsoft 365 : Office, Teams, Email)
• Videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams) & space booking tools (e.g., Logitech)
• Devices & Mobility (Windows, macOS, imaging, Intune, MDM)
• Digital Signage & IP-TV
• Secure Printing & Scanning services
• Application Store & Software Deployment
• Ideation tools (Miro, BrightIdea, Klaxoon)

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the technical coordinator for all Digital Workplace service requests
• Triage, prioritize, and track service requests across all areas
• Provide first-level technical analysis before escalation
• Document technical requirements and proposed solutions
• Contribute to technical assessments for service and migration planning
• Develop and test proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
• Support digital workplace service migration and transformation
• Deliver regular status reports on operational activities and planning

Required Technical Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace technologies :
• Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online administration
• Software packaging, deployment & lifecycle management
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and service delivery processes
• Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements
• Background in IT migration or separation projects
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
