Job Description:

The role of the Workplace Assistant is to provide an effective front desk service as well as to assist back office activities within the Facilities department.

The Workplace Assistant will be responsible for:

1. Reception Meet & Greet
2. Provide 5* customer experience to PageGroup employees
3. Plan and coordinate logistics for internal events & meetings
4. Organize travel arrangements
5. Coordinate incoming & outgoing courier and package services
6. Support Human Resources in the OnBoarding of new employees
7. Provide general support to the Health & Safety department in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Regulations.
8. Maintain stock control and order office supplies
9. Coordinate visitors and employees access control with building security
10. Coordinate maintenance activities to keep the office space tidy, functional and up to PageGroup standards.
11. Support Finance processes by performing some activities with invoices and expenses reports, creating new suppliers, purchase orders, …

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in a similar position (additional experience in an office of more than 300 employees)
2. Preferred experience in international companies and multi-cultural environments
3. Fluency in English and Spanish, other European languages are a plus.
4. Superior organizational skills
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Proactive and problem solving person

Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)
