Capitole is seeking a Workplace AI & End‑User Services Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives across global teams and drive digital transformation with AI‑powered productivity tools. In a complex, multicultural environment, you will coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, manage multiple projects in parallel, and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and handover to BAU.

Hybrid in Barcelona with flexible hours and a strong focus on people and innovation.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Workplace / End‑User Services or Digital Adoption projects in international environments.
• Proven experience in global project management, governance, and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
• Strong ability to anticipate risks, manage mitigations, and navigate complex dependencies.
• Solid background in change management and user adoption.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to structure environments and drive action.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, and English (international context).
• Excellent communication skills across cultures, seniority levels, and business/technical audiences.
• High resilience, adaptability, and ability to lead without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Workplace & End‑User Services projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Engage cross‑functional teams (product, business, compliance, underwriting, sales) to secure accountability and seamless execution.
• Define and monitor project scope, dependencies, risks, mitigations, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Organize and lead Steering Committees, providing progress updates and KPI materials.
• Maintain deployment and adoption plans, ensuring local rollouts, training, and business readiness.
• Hand over delivered capabilities to BAU, supporting change management and post‑go‑live processes.
• Prepare key deliverables: project reporting, sign‑offs, gating docs, steering materials, and minutes.

In Capitole we are looking for a Workplace AI & End‑User Services Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives, coordinate global stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of modern workplace solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex, multicultural environments , enjoys structuring chaos , and can manage multiple independent projects in parallel .

Role Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace & End‑User Services projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Proactively engage cross‑functional teams (product, business, compliance, underwriting, sales) to secure accountability and seamless execution.
• Define and monitor project scope , dependencies, risks, mitigations, and issue resolution in collaboration with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Organize and lead Steering Committees , providing clear progress updates, decision‑making materials, and consolidated KPIs (budget, planning, risks).
• Maintain deployment and adoption plans , ensuring local roll‑outs, training, and business readiness.
