InnoIT Consulting is seeking a Senior Full-Stack / GenAI Engineer to join an international AI products team. The role focuses primarily on back-end development in Azure, with some front-end work, APIs, and automation in a secure, scalable platform for document understanding and AI capabilities.

Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack / GenAI Engineer to join an international AI Products team working on the evolution of a secure, enterprise-grade GPT platform.

You will contribute mainly to back-end development (around 90%), with occasional front-end contributions, building secure and scalable features for document understanding, translation, APIs, automation, web usage and agentic capabilities.

What you will do

• Design, build, test and monitor end-to-end product features.
• Develop and enhance back-end services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Contribute to front-end development with Next.js and React.
• Design, implement and operate APIs.
• Work with Azure App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights and monitoring tools.
• Define usage KPIs and support dashboards, reports or metrics.
• Build automated workflows and operational scripts.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory and internal standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner and international stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of web application development experience, ideally in Azure environments.
• Experience with Next.js and/or React.
• Solid experience with APIs, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience owning the full testing lifecycle, including unit and E2E testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure App Services, Cosmos DB, Application Insights and monitoring.
• Experience with AI APIs or frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Azure AI.
• Knowledge of RAG and agentic / agent-based capabilities.

Experience with Terraform, Bicep, observability tooling, regulated industries, security and compliance will be valued.
