Accenture España is seeking a Workday Core HCM Consultant to join the Workday Business Group in Barcelona. You’ll deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and guide transformations from strategy through execution.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients on Workday Core HCM, host workshops, and lead diverse teams through implementation while driving innovation and adhering to best practices. Fluency in English and relevant Workday experience are required.

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM.
• Willingness to travel to clients as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday Core HCM, applying Workday methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area of expertise within Core HCM.
• Collaborate and lead diverse teams through implementation, liaising with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation through creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

As a Workday Core HCM Consultant

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud‑based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
• Collaborating and leading diverse and disparate teams through the implementation, liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on‑premise or cloud‑based platforms.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment and meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.

Set Yourself Apart

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
• Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework.
• Up‑to‑date Workday HCM certification.
• Additional Workday certifications (e.g., Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance).
• Mid‑level Workday experience.
• Other up‑to‑date Workday certifications.
