Job summary

BNB Bank is looking for a Workday professional to join our multicultural IT team across Europe and Latin America. This vacancy welcomes both experienced candidates and ENTRY LEVELS, and offers the chance to be at the forefront of cloud-based transformations.

You will perform requirements analysis, run workshops, manage client relationships, and configure the Workday platform. You will build prototypes, conduct testing, and deliver solutions, with emphasis on Core HCM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically, prioritising problem-solving.
• Constant desire to acquire knowledge and stay up-to-date.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and client service excellence.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Work location: Madrid; willing to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, configure the Workday solution, prototype systems and assist with testing.
• Conduct working sessions in large global organisations to gather business requirements for Core HCM.
• Design, prototype, configure, test and deliver the Workday platform with the voice of the customer.
• Demonstrate configurations through iterative prototypes for client sign-off.
• Report status to the Engagement Manager and keep informed on project progress.
• Provide SME regarding key business process decisions related to industry/functional areas.
• Support Workday Operations by suggesting improvements and enforcing data and process standards.
• Participate in Workday Community, share ideas and collaborate with customers.
