Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de sistemas de recursos humanos.
• Conocimiento profundo de Workday HR y su implementación.

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and optimization of the Workday HR system.
• Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure system integration and functionality.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Provide ongoing support to system users.
• Conduct needs analysis and propose continuous improvements to HR processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Workday and other HR systems.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or Engineering Specialization.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing HR systems projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HR and experience in its implementation. Also knowledge in other HRIS systems will be considered.
• High level of English proficiency for communication with international business units in global projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapid changes.
• Experience in vendor management : communication, monitoring, and control.
• Participation in payroll projects and knowledge of People Analytics will be valued.
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills, adapting to different stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team, assuming various roles in dynamic environments.
• Proactivity, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
