Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. You will manage Workday configuration across applications, optimise business processes, investigate issues, and support releases, reporting, and integrations with global teams.

You will work with HRIS, HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors to translate needs into scalable, sustainable solutions, ensuring data integrity and system reliability across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR, business administration, or related field preferred
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday configuration and support
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas: processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, integrations
• Experience with third-party vendors and international cross-functional teams is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday across applications to ensure system reliability and data integrity
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and changes
• Investigate technical issues, root causes, and propose effective solutions
• Monitor and manage Workday processes, events, tasks, and exceptions
• Support functional audits to maintain data quality, regulatory compliance, and process integrity
• Assist with data clean-up and remediation for system discrepancies
• Participate in system testing activities including unit, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Prepare configuration specifications and supporting documentation for Workday and related apps
• Contribute to release readiness activities and post-deployment support
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate requirements into designs
• Contribute to wider HRIS initiatives and special projects
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation and training materials
