Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. You will work with international teams to ensure data integrity, security, and efficient business processes.

The role emphasizes system reliability, releases, reporting, and integrations across multiple HR domains. You’ll manage configuration, perform testing, and support deployments while partnering with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience, including Workday configuration and support.
Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas (security, reporting, data integrity, releases, integrations).
Experience with international, cross-functional teams and collaboration with vendors.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday across applications to support HR processes.
Assist with testing, deployment, and release readiness of Workday enhancements.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions.
Monitor Workday inbox and manage events, tasks, and exceptions.
Develop functional audits to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into system designs.
Document configuration specifications and supporting materials; participate in special HRIS projects.
