Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and other Colleague Resources systems. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, security, and process efficiency while maximizing Workday value.

You'll collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders, handling configuration specs, testing, and release readiness across international teams. Remote in Spain or Portugal with global impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support.
Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes.

Responsibilities

Support the HRIS team with day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and changes.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
Monitor the Workday inbox and resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
Contribute to functional audits to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.
Assist with data clean-up and remediation activities and documentation.
