Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application for remote work in Spain or Portugal. You will configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient business processes.

You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors across countries, translating needs into scalable solutions while supporting releases, reporting, and integrations. This is a fully remote role based in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience with hands-on Workday configuration and support.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas including security, reporting, data integrity, releases and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and improve Workday and related systems across applications.
• Manage configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and changes.
• Investigate issues, monitor events, and support releases and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, vendors and international teams to translate needs into designs.
