Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal and partners with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors across countries.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, support releases, reporting, integrations, and process improvements, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS team with day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and changes.
• Investigate technical issues, root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
• Monitor Workday inbox, identify and resolve process events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Assist with data quality audits to ensure regulatory compliance and process integrity within Workday.
• Participate in system testing, including unit/regression/user acceptance testing for new functionality.
• Support creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Assist with release readiness activities, including testing and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system designs.
• Contribute to special HRIS projects and initiatives.
