Description

We are looking to add consultants to our team to the quickly growing Workday consulting practice. We are focused on new talent with previous work experience in Workday.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation to Cloud-based services. This role will combine skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management, and product configuration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute as a Senior Consultant in a global-based Workday implementation project or maintenance.
2. Lead working sessions or meetings in large, global organizations to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements for various functional areas, especially Core HCM and Learning.
3. Design, prototype, configure, test and deliver the Workday platform and represent the "voice of the customer" - keeping the needs of employees, people managers and business leaders at the center of all Workday design and deployment decisions.
4. Prepare and create a Workday prototype and run a demo.
5. Familiarize yourself with the Best Practices recommended by Workday and lead the solution of important issues.
6. Proactively contribute to communication with customer members and related parties and control of expectations.
7. As an expert (SME) in the Function area, consider solutions that support customer decision-making.
8. Provide an HCM solution or alternative that allows each Workday Workstream to work together across the board.
9. Proactively report the progress of your tasks to the Project Manager (PM) and contribute to the overall progress.
10. Providing advice to the team members and contributing to their growth.

Qualifications

1. Whatever your degree, you must understand how technology changes and appreciate its power to revolutionize how organizations work and behave.
2. Obtained Workday HCM and Learning certifications and have been properly renewed.
3. At least 2 years of hands-on Workday experience with the Learning area and at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects as Learning Lead.
4. Alternatively, IT Delivery Consultant with at least 6 years of experience with HCM Tools (not WD) and strong knowledge in the Learning area. General knowledge of Payroll is a must.
5. Relevant experience in the successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation or maintenance.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Be able to act independently in team project activities.
8. Strongly desire to work with customers.
9. Have high face-to-face responsiveness and can collaborate with other members and teams.
10. Have deep knowledge and experience in HR technology (preferably cloud-based) in ERP-related areas such as Workday, SAP, and Oracle, and be able to lead discussions. (Desired)
11. Constant desire to acquire knowledge.
12. Fluent language skills in English. Knowledge of French, Italian or Spanish is highly valued!
13. Work Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, or Milan. Available to travel when needed. Please note that in Paris, knowledge of French is mandatory, and in Milan, proficiency in Italian is required.
