• Bachelor's degree preferred in information systems, computer science, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday configuration and support.
• Experience across multiple Workday functional areas including security, reporting, data integrity, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday across applications; maintain data integrity and security.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and release management of Workday enhancements.
• Investigate technical and functional issues; identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support data quality audits and regulatory compliance within Workday.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors across countries.
