Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. This role ensures data integrity, security, and efficient business processes while maximizing system value across countries.

You will manage Workday configuration across applications, coordinate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors, and drive improvements through testing, releases, and documentation in a fully remote, Europe-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HRIS/Workday experience preferred.
• 3+ years in HRIS or technical systems with Workday configuration.
• Experience across multiple HR processes, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with international, cross-functional teams is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday across applications to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate needs into solutions.
• Participate in testing, releases, audits, and documentation for HRIS systems.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance within Workday.
