Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related Colleague Resources systems. You’ll help ensure data integrity, security, and process efficiency while enabling colleagues to maximise Workday value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations, is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS team with day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and system changes.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Monitor the Workday inbox and resolve business process events and exceptions.
• Support creation and execution of functional audits to maintain data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with data cleanup and remediation activities.
• Participate in system testing activities, including unit/regression testing and UAT.
• Support the creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Assist with release readiness activities, including testing and issue tracking.
• Contribute to configuration maintenance and documentation across Workday and related apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into system designs.
