Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Workday Analyst to join our Human Resources and Technology team in Madrid. You will support Workday HCM modules, analyze requirements, and contribute to system implementations and enhancements to drive efficiency and a superior user experience.

You will create reports, train users, and collaborate with IT and HR to ensure data integrity while leveraging AI features to optimize HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Workday.
• Functional knowledge of at least one of Workday’s main modules.
• Experience in data analysis, report generation, and incident resolution.
• Experience in data migration.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• C1 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Workday (HCM) modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Workday.
• Participate in system implementation, enhancement, and update projects.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom configurations.
• Train key users and provide second-level support.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data and process integrity.
• Drive the adoption of Workday’s Artificial Intelligence solutions to optimize HR processes and improve the employee experience.
