Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Workday Analyst to join its Human Resources and Technology team in Madrid. With at least 2 years in Workday, you will support implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Workday modules, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure efficient user experiences aligned with business goals.

You will administer Workday HCM, translate requirements into functional solutions, and participate in enhancements and updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years of Workday experience.
Functional knowledge of at least one of Workday’s main modules.
Experience in data analysis, report generation, and incident resolution.
Experience in data migration.
Effective communication and teamwork skills. English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Workday (HCM) modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
Participate in system implementation, enhancement, and update projects.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and configurations.
Train key users and provide second-level support.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity.
Drive adoption of Workday AI solutions to optimize HR processes.
