Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Workday Analyst to join our Human Resources and Technology team in Madrid. You will support Workday HCM modules, analyze requirements, and contribute to system implementations and enhancements to drive efficiency and a superior user experience.

You will create reports, train users, and collaborate with IT and HR to ensure data integrity while leveraging AI features to optimize HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Workday.
• Functional knowledge of at least one of Workday’s main modules.
• Experience in data analysis, report generation, and incident resolution.
• Experience in data migration.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• C1 level of English.

About the Role: We are looking for a Workday Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our Human Resources and Technology team. This person will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure an efficient user experience aligned with business objectives.
