Formación

In this role, you will work with both management and operational teams to provide accurate information, support, and guidance for Belgium and Luxembourg. You will maintain the client workbook and keep processes updated. You will use your knowledge of payroll to solve technical problems and support the team during year-end. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and build relationships. The employer is based in Granada, Spain, which offers a unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. Not interested in Granada? You have the option to work remotely from anywhere in Spain, from bustling Barcelona, the beaches of the Costa del Sol to the Canary Islands.

Who are you?
  • Native French speaker with a good knowledge of English
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience administering Payroll in Belgium and/or Luxembourg, hold the necessary certifications and are well-versed in payroll legislation, processes and policies
  • You pay attention to detail and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are adaptable, self-motivated and driven to learn and improve
  • You can collaborate effectively with a team, but also work independently
  • You have a degree in business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • Preferably you have HRIS knowledge of Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
