On this occasion, one of our leading real estate investment clients is looking for a WordPress developer.

Where will you work?

Founded in 1988, our client is an independent investment banking firm. After the opening of their offices in Germany and Luxembourg, they're now growing in Spain. They provide advisory services to companies, shareholders and senior management.

What will you do?

• Development and maintenance of WordPress websites (frontend and backend), especially a complex content platform with social media features.
• Selection, implementation, and adaptation of WordPress plugins.
• Collaboration with our graphic designer and communications team.
• Ensuring the quality and performance of our websites.
• Conceptualization and implementation of (partially) automated marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media marketing).
• Continuous analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns based on defined KPIs.
• Expansion of Matomo tracking on websites and integration with various user databases and media channels such as LinkedIn to build a comprehensive Customer Data Hub.
• Selection and integration of suitable marketing automation tools.
• Creation of reports and presentations.

Who are we looking for?

You're the person we're looking for if you have :

• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, APIs, custom post types).
• Good understanding of UI / UX and attention to design details.
• Knowledge of security measures and technical SEO.
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and successfully implementing performance marketing strategies and marketing automation using suitable tools (CRM, CDH, email marketing software, etc.).
• Analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
• A structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style, paired with high creativity and solution-oriented thinking.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a big plus) and team spirit.
• Affinity for financial topics is desirable.
