We are currently looking for a Wording Operations Specialist to join our International Programs Service Centre team based out of Barcelona, Spain. As part of the Underwriting Operations team, this role will work closely with the Global Property Technical Underwriting Team, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries, and Transformation Team within the Commercial Insurance.

Your day to day will include :

• Establishing and maintaining the global wording / endorsement library for Property Prime Product.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of templates / clauses from which the policy document can be drafted.
• Planning and facilitating new wording rollouts as well as upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwriting.
• Managing & communicating process changes to the stakeholders in the network and collecting feedback about product and process improvements.
• Organizing & providing support with trainings as needed.
• Working closely with the wording digitalization project team.
• Reflecting any product / process changes in the required internal systems / tools (wording digitalization, MIA, NEO, IPS, etc.).
• Participating and assisting with UAT.
• Analyzing current country and network partner capabilities including portfolio landscape.
• Running and analyzing various reports as needed.

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

• Insurance or legal background (preferable but not essential).
• Previous experience working in a multinational environment (an asset).
• Education diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Law or equivalent.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communicator – both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in working closely with colleagues from across many countries and various areas of the business.
• Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
