We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Store Manager to lead our Women's boutique in El Corte Inglés Castellana (Madrid). The ideal candidate will be a passionate salesperson with a proven track record of team management and local network development.

This is a unique opportunity to join our luxury retail team and contribute to the successful development of our brand on the Spanish market. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for running the daily operations of the store, managing the Sales Team, and guaranteeing a smooth activity in store.

  • Management of the Sales Team and of the store Operations on a daily basis.
  • Guarantee a smooth activity in store and a positive turnaround.
  • Be an exceptionally positive force in the development of the portfolio of local clients and the turnaround of the POS.
  • Implement the commercial animation of the store and drive the development of the brand's awareness in the Region.
  • Train, mentor and motivate the Sales Team.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising and stock conditions are always in line with the company standards.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to have :

  • A confirmed experience of managing a small team of people in the luxury retail sector.
  • An exceptional clients advisor with a strong sense for leadership, allowing you to support and motivate your Team with the right mix of determination and goodwill.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury market in Madrid and a substantial portfolio of loyal clients in the Area.
  • A flexible team player, direct and communicative, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a driving force of the store's daily operations.
