Santander Wealth Management & Insurance invites final-year university or master’s students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in Madrid. The two-month, full-time program focuses on Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments or Insurance within an international team.

Participants gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and collaborate across geographies while receiving immersive training and mentoring in a dynamic, English-speaking environment.

Formación

• Current university or master’s student finishing studies in summer 2028 and entering the final year after the internship.
• High proficiency in English.
• Open and collaborative approach in a multicultural environment; teamwork-minded.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in immersive training across Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments or Insurance.
• Work on projects alongside experienced professionals.
