Santander Wealth Management & Insurance invites final-year university or master’s students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program in Madrid. The two-month, full-time program focuses on Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments or Insurance within an international team.

Participants gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and collaborate across geographies while receiving immersive training and mentoring in a dynamic, English-speaking environment.

This two-month program is designed for students who will enter their final year of university or a master’s degree after the internship, have a high level of English, and are interested in Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments or Insurance in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment.

University degree: Current university or master’s student finishing studies in summer 2028 and entering the final year after the internship.

English level: High proficiency in English.

Skills: Open and collaborative approach in a multicultural environment; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Interest: Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Insurance and international financial services.

Availability: Available for a full-time, two-month summer internship starting in June 2027.

Location: Madrid.
