UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Off-cycle Internship in Global Wealth Management, based in Madrid or Barcelona. You will work on strategic projects, collaborate with teams, and gain insight into the industry, culture, and client-focused solutions.

The program includes mentors, educational events, and networking opportunities, with potential progression to the Graduate Talent Program after graduation. The internship is paid and six months long.

Formación

• Penultimate or final year of degree, or recently graduated (no more than 6 months from internship start).
• Ability to evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Values aligned with hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
