We are looking for a

Wintel Administrator

to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high performance in a demanding service environment with critical services (thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical servers).
• Ensure high availability of infrastructure.
• Administer infrastructure through scripting.
• Manage vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and proactively improve systems.
• Support and execute action plans related to incidents and new projects.
• Maintain architecture and access controls.
• Collaborate following ITIL methodology.
• Provide on-site support in rotating shifts (8-hour days between 7:00 and 19:30).
• Offer on-call support (24/7 shifts with additional compensation).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience managing large environments (>1000 servers).

Additional requirements include:

• Strong experience with physical servers from vendors such as Dell, IBM, HP.
• Support and troubleshooting for Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (GPOs, Kerberos, DNS).
• Experience with security patching.
• Proficient in English (B2/C level).
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack.
• Knowledge of antivirus agents and ePo.
• Development skills in other programming languages.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of Ansible and Ansible Tower.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• French language skills are a plus.

Job Conditions & Benefits:

Permanent contract.
